Pawl and Thomasz are partners, both originally from Poland, they met in the UK over 6 years ago. Pawel moved from Crewe after meeting Tomasz.
Pawels explains what first bought him to the UK, “In first place I arrived here to make some money to cover my private studies, private university in Poland but I really like being here and I’ve changed my mind, so I stay for good actually.”
He adds,” Not just about the money. You can make the money in every place, it doesn’t matter where you are, you can live France, Germany or somewhere else, but the culture and diversity in UK is completely different than the others... They have a lot of occasions to celebrate what brings them together apparently. And I really like that about this place, UK -and I don’t mind the weather.”
Pawel and Thomasz run their own businesses in Newcastle-under-Lyme, a polish connivence store and natural cosmetics shop.
